Why did Chief Justice John Roberts swear him in a second time - without audio? Obama is arrogant enough to think that he can threaten and belittle SCOTUS without any repercussions...and I hope he keeps on thinking it! His slap at the justices in the State of the Union address a few years back has set Anthony Kennedy against him totally.

Because they can take up his constitutional eligibility case,rule him a fraud and then send him to the gallows. Granted, all crimes against humanity do not involve death camps, mass starvation and jungle wholesale massacres, so that hyperbole is understandable but a bit extreme.
But lacking that option, I could be persuaded to support the original suggestion.
