Hospitals that have emergency rooms cannot turn anyone away for emergency medical care. There are already laws for it. Wow she doesn’t know anything. I wonder if she really knows American law?

Most people who have ever been to an emergency room know that NO ONE can be turned away! They also know who pays for those that can’t pay. Justice Dumb*ss doesn’t seem to have a clue.
