And if the People were to elect a County Sheriff that can Actually read the Constitution, That Sheriff would have stopped this cold by ARRESTING Every Last Person Involved for Subverting the Rights and Privileges of a Free and Independent State. And Yes the Elected County Sheriff is the Highest Law Enforcement Authority in that County, except in times of WAR. And has the absolute Right to Arrest and Prosecute these thugs for Violating State Laws regardless of who they work for. But they won’t, this is California remember.

I thought BHO said the Feds weren’t going to worry about dispensaries, because it was a waste of tax payers money.
In Santa Barbara, CA the Feds have shut down every dispensary, and in Colorado they are not raiding dispensaries but telling banks if they do business with them, they will be shut down.

Teaching people to break the law is illegal, yes.

These leftist people should be ashamed of themselves but they have no shame.

"Federal officials say they are concerned about dispensaries that are getting too big or too close to parks or schools."

'It's for the children' - the big-government mantra. Shouldn't California decide for itself how big is "too big" and how close is "too close to parks or schools"?
