They just need to open a “gang tagging” season for Minnesota hunters.... let them put up hunting stands downtown, and let ‘em tag miscreants with paint-ball guns firing indelible UV marking paintballs, then the cops can have “black light” checkpoints....
I’d be kinda concerned about being armed with a paintball gun and then find myself in a two-way shooting range...
