Amy Contrada's new articles exposing Romney's Massachusetts record getting national notice

Being in Massachusetts, we see the pro-family political issues here up close. And during the Romney years that was especially true. Unfortunately, if we hadn't been here to document things — and follow them up as current events evolve — there's a lot that people simply wouldn't know. This is especially important as the presidential primaries heat up.

Over the last few months MassResistance researcher Amy Contrada has published a number of very informative (and troubling) articles regarding the true record of the Romney administration. (And don't miss her e-books, readable on your computer.) These articles have been linked or reprinted across the Web in conservative websites such as RenewAmerica.com, FreeRepublic.com, and various conservative blogs. They're also linked on our Mitt Romney Report, to which Amy is a big contributor.

But in case you missed them, here are some of the most recent ones:

RomneyCare Now Funding FREE Abortions (March 7, 2012) — You thought it was just $50? As could be predicted, things have "progressed."

(Forbes Magazine website links to RomneyCare article which was also published on the Renew America website)

Mitt Romney's CPAC Speech: His Claims vs. the Truth (Feb. 18, 2012) —In his Feb. 10, 2012 speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), Romney bragged about his "severely" conservative record on critical pro-family issues while Governor.

Huckabee: Governor Romney acted unconstitutionally on "gay marriage" (Feb. 5, 2008)

Romney's Record on Judicial and Legal Appointments (Dec. 9, 2011) — Can he be trusted as President to appoint conservatives to the Courts and Justice Department?

Mitt Romney's Job Creation Record: Supporting Companies with Radical Social Policies (Nov. 7, 2011)

Mitt Romney's Other Flip-Flop: Follow the Court or the Constitution? (Nov. 11, 2011) -- Did he really have to change marriage certificates to "Party A and Party B"? (Also reprinted in WorldNetDaily Whistleblower magazine (Jan. 2012) Amy takes to the airwaves: HEAR: interview with Amy Contrada on KKMS Radio AM 980 in Minneapolis Feb. 24, 2012.

See our updated Mitt Romney Report with more info and links to articles on many topics. We've added a lot of new research, links, and other material to our nationally famous Mitt Romney Report page.

Our compendium is near the top of the of Google search results for Romney's record -- often at the very top. That tells you something about how poorly the mainstream media (including "conservative" outlets) are doing on vetting this candidate -- as well as the importance of our work over the years. More and more activists, researchers, and journalists are using it as a resource.

The report includes these areas:

General documentation Romney Books by Amy Contrada "Gay marriage" in Massachusetts Homosexual agenda Abortion RomneyCare Buying off politicians & groups Other issues as Governor Campaign antics Big money, Bain Capital Commentaries

(And don't miss the photo at the end, which sums it all up.)

But, but we have to vote for a liberal because he has put an ‘R’ beside his name. We can make a mockery of being pro-life, of defending traditional marriage, supporting the 2nd amendment, or opposing government mandates.

Call them progressives, liberals or commies, Obama or Romney, they are all ruinous for this country. We need conservatism now, because there won’t be a future without it.

no you don’t. you can vote for BO, so we can have 4 more years of the destruction of America. or maybe Santorum will be the nominee and you can vote conservative. and we will still have 4 more years of BO as well. then again, maybe Gingrich will get the nomination and we might have a chance to rescue America from the stench of BO.

I’m getting fed up with this nonsense that not backing Willard (the republican John Kerry) means that in your convoluted thinking, I’m backing Barack Hussein Obama. I’m conservative; I’ll stomach the not-so-great republican candidate, but your not going to get me to back a candidate that implemented homosexual marriage, has no regard for gun rights like BO, and doesn’t believe in the sanctity of life. Funny, you never want to discuss Romney’s record..you try defending him when he has his nomination and resets like the etch-a-scetch.
