If you ever had a chance to drive a Corvair Monza Spyder, those things ran like a raped date and were a fun little car. They had a turbocharger. Nader had no idea what he was talking about which is typical.

I’ve driven one, wanted it for my first car but my dad refused, because an uncle had owned an early one that blew oil. I ended up with a Mustang II.

So why did Nader never go after the air-cooled VW Beetle? It had the same push problem as the Corvair. Only difference I can think of is it had half the horsepower and some less weight.
