1- The Martin kid was the one screaming for help during the confrontation not Zimmerman. This is from analysis of the voice records by TWO forensic voice identification experts. And they BOTH agree that the evidence of the analysis is strong enough for court.
2-The lead homicide investigator for this case, Chris Serino, recommended filing manslaughter charges against Zimmerman after examination of the facts of the case.
Two “experts” hired by? The Martin family?
Homicide investigators often feel charges are warranted. The problem is they aren’t trained in the law. Prosecutors are. The prosecutor in this case declined to bring charges.
I just completely refuted on of your two "key" pieces of evidence. Your position is now half as secure as it was moments ago.
The software compared that audio to Zimmerman’s voice. It returned a 48 percent match. Owen said to reach a positive match with audio of this quality, he’d expect higher than 90 percent. As a result of that, you can say with reasonable scientific certainty that it’s not Zimmerman.
Owen says, stressing that he cannot confirm the voice as Trayvon’s, because he didn’t have a sample of the teen’s voice to compare.
48% match is inconclusive, what is the match to Trayvon?
I haven’t twisted anything. I think you’ve pretty clearly misunderstood a lot of things that you’ve read, or simply accepted sensationalized headlines instead of evaluating the facts presented on their own merits.
We may yet learn some new information that contradicts Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense. To date, there has been none.
