Maybe you need to take a look at the fact that charges were stopped for NO REASON from going forward to issue an arrest warrant for Zimmerman by something to do with Zimmerman's father being a powerful judge in the Florida legal system. And it seems Zimmerman's father has pulled strings before for his son

You did know that his father was a judge, right?

George Zimmerman's Father is a Judge

Did George Zimmerman have help from his father, a retired judge, in clearing his name in three separate arrests?

"...According to a records search on George Zimmerman, he was previously arrested for domestic violence, resisting an officer without violence and most shockingly, resisting an officer with violence — a felony charge that surely could have landed him in prison. All three of those arrests, however, were mysteriously closed with no semblance of charges for the Florida resident. So how was someone with a violent past including that of battery against an officer able to carry a 9 mm handgun? Maybe that’s a question Robert Zimmerman should answer …

Maybe I did, and choose to not discuss it with you.

You are a first class moron. Charges were not “stopped”. THERE WERE NO CHARGES because the prosecutor (the legal expert) didn’t feel there was enough evidence. If you have any proof Zimmerman’s father “pulled strings” post a link to it. Crickets.

Roovialk,

Why are your posts full of deceptions and conjecture?

the fact that charges were stopped for NO REASON from going forward to issue an arrest warrant for Zimmerman by something to do with Zimmerman's father being a powerful judge in the Florida legal system

Untrue. First, charges weren't "stopped" in the way you're trying to imply that the homicide detective "wanted to charge Zimmerman" - I've completely annihilated your theory on this in a post above. Second, Zimmerman's father was a magistrate in Virginia, and retired many years ago. So no, he wasn't a judge in the "Florida legal system". There, now that's disproven, too.

Did George Zimmerman have help from his father, a retired judge, in clearing his name in three separate arrests?

No, his cases went just like they all do. Compare his arrests and the resolutions of those arrests to others, they were handled equally. He received no special treatment.

resisting an officer with violence — a felony charge that surely could have landed him in prison

The court reduced the charge to a misdemeanor and gave him pretrial diversion. You can find LOTS of extremely similar cases with identical resolutions if you search the court records for the same county.

All three of those arrests, however, were mysteriously closed with no semblance of charges for the Florida resident. So how was someone with a violent past including that of battery against an officer able to carry a 9 mm handgun?

There's nothing "mysterious" about it. His cases were handled THE SAME AS THOUSANDS OF OTHER CASES you can find simply by searching the database for the SAME COUNTY. And, since he was never convicted OF ANYTHING, he did not lose his concealed carry permit.

So, now that every single argument you posted has been thoroughly destroyed, would you PLEASE just admit that you are falling in on racial lines on this one? I'd have so much respect for you if you said "Dammit, another black kid is dead, and I'm mad as Hell, and I wish someone would pay for it". That would be intellectually honest and I, for one, would honor your feelings on it.

But to post all this conjecture and deception actually TAKES AWAY from any anger you have about the real issue: the dead kid and how you feel about it.

“Robert J. Zimmerman served as a full-time magistrate from 2000-2006. Please be advised that in Virginia magistrates are judicial officers, but they are not considered “judges” and do not possess trial jurisdiction. More detailed information on the role of the magistrate in Virginia is available on Virginia’s Judicial System Website.”

I was not aware he was ever a powerful judge in Florida, but may have pracited law if I remember correctly.

Because charges were dropped.....Anything else you care to insert into your twisted equation is pure speculation on your part and you know it. And in a court of law, none of your above statements would even be allowed ..........
