I have watched Rick Perry for years saw a little I didn't like. But anybody who carries a pistol to protect their dog against coyotes can't be all bad. Unfortunately he proved he was not ready. Palin bailed out early. Cain never appealed to me with his 999 BS. Bachman was only so-so. I don't know what to say about Santorum except that he comes off as whiney. That leaves Romney. Anybody who appealed to liberal Mass. a state that adored Ted Kennedy has got to be too liberal for me but if that is who we are left with, then he gets my vote.
Those were our choices. How you can stay home and give it to obama to continue to destroy our country is beyond anything I can imagine. I can only hope you change your mind.
I had an interesting conversation with a relative yesterday. Both of her daughters, who have been ACLU members and staunch lefties have declared that their vote for obama last time was a mistake and they will not vote for him again.
I don't understand that logic either; not any more than I understand the logic of Europeans & others "boycotting" elections to "deprive the opposition of legitimacy": they still won; they'll still govern; and the "boycotters" still "voted" by not voting.
