Look on the bright side LeDuff - if you burn Detroit down, think of the $ billions in skim-able funds that will come from the State and especially the Feds! You can buy a lot of street muscle with that amount of money!
You assume that if they burn Detroit down, the cockroaches will stay........I would think that they would all flee to nearby functioning communities, reapplying for welfare, and then restart their magic in their new home.
