A few factual error such as the Bill of rights were proposes by the first congress as a concession to the ain’t-federalist, not the states.
To date no 2nd Constitutional convention has ever been called. the 750+ calls for such a convention by 49 of the 50 States have all fallen upon Congresses apathetic ears.
If there is to be a 2nd convention it is likely our States will have to organized it themselves. The author is probably right Washington has little to no interest in entertaining a convention and indeed might even try to call the one organized by our States illegitimate.
This is about power taking the amendment process out of their hands is the greatest possible non-military threat to their power.
If the SCOTUS rules DeathCare constitutional, there is no more Union. It will be a totalitarian regime, not seen since the USSR and rivaling Red China. Should the Union be dissolved, there will be two choices: freedom or slavery.
