Both President Reagan and President G.W. Bush CUT Tax Rates for every Taxpayer and Revenues to the Government Increased from 35% to 50% during their Terms.

Obama lies once again. Cutting Tax Revenue collected is a Liberal policy. They increase Tax Rates and get less money.
