LIMITED government as conceived by the wisest group of men to ever walk the earth, in a small eastern part of the North American continent 225 years ago. And they wrote a blueprint on how to enact that government called our Constitution, the greatest political document ever written. The very idea of a government limiting itself was astonishing at the time. Would it be so in the 21st century.
