(Newser) – Leaders from the NAACP and other groups led a massive crowd through the streets of Sanford, Florida, today to demand the arrest of George Zimmerman

We want an arrest. Shot in the chest," marchers said en route to Sanford PD.
Outside police headquarters, the program began with NAACP national president Benjamin Todd Jealous introducing Brendan Mitchell, a youth leader within the organization.
"I am 17 years old. I'm a high school student. I'm a young black man," Mitchell said in a fiery speech that moved the crowd. "I could be the next Trayvon Martin."
Following a benediction comparing Trayvon's death to Jesus Christ's, local and state civil rights leaders addressed the crowd.
"We want a clean house at Sanford Police Department," said local NAACP President Turner Clayton, adding his Seminole County chapter has asked the city not to let Chief Bill Lee return.

1. Get good aerial imagery, break it into regions of similar density, measure the square footage of each region, apply a reasonable value for the density in each region, and then add the calculated number of people in each region back into a Total Estimate (TE).
2. Assign a Political Spectrum Value (PSV) to the message the crowd is trying to promote, with "Conservative" values ranging from .1 to .9 and "Liberal" values ranging from 2 to 10.
3. Multiply TE times PSV to get the Official Crowd Estimate (OCE).
4. Publicize the resultant OCE as the gospel on the subject.
So to take 2 examples: a Tea Party crowd of 10,000 people and a PSV of .1 results in an Offical Crowd Estimate of 1,000 while a Trayvon Martin rally with 100 people and a PSV of 10 results in an Official Crowd Estimate of 1,000.
With a little practice, such estimates can be made very quickly.
With more practice one can dispense with the need for any photography.

The black church in America ceased to be a church years ago, and has become nothing more than an agitation society.
It still has the cant and carries the bibles; but no section of society supports abortion, gay rights, etc., more than does the black community. Jesus always comes in a poor to support for all of the above.
