I sat in a jury trial selection for a guy accused of felony "terrorist threats" facing 20 years for telling a guy who owed him tens of thousands and refused to pay up that "if you dont pay your life will be in danger"
Spike Lee is making a specific terrorist threat and should be prosecuted in order to preserve law and order, it should not be overlooked just because it is a political statement from a celebrity,
it is a criminal act , our law enforcewment system sucks
If nothing else Spike Lee should face reckless endangerment and that should be at the very least.
