Where did you get that picture from? I am from that area, and those don’t look like any of the locals, not even close.
The pics I posted are an assumption of the kind of folks “gangsters” that would involve themselves in a drive by shooting. As I recall, the pics in question were taken in Taxifornia, formally the state of california. My apologies if they reflected poorly on your area. It was surely not my intention.
