Interesting, as “Rise up and Register” is still using Koch as part of its promotions on its own website. If they have dropped their sponsership, wouldn’t they be required to pretty much immediately remove anything from their website regarding Koch’s promotion of their issues?
No. It’s a certainty that they own the rights to all promotional material made while he was still sponsored. That’s very basic stuff.
