that's it. let the media reduce your hard-won rights to silly anecdotes about green vegetables.
Meantime, your pocket's being picked clean.

I’m still trying to choke down the peas and now Barry wants me to eat brocolli? What’s up with that fool?

Can government force you to eat broccoli? Have they gone through children's home-packed school lunches and forced children to eat chicken nuggets instead?

Forcing you to buy broccoli or join a gym, is a gift of benevolence from the federal government. According to Elena Kagan we should fall on our faces and thank the federal government for tellins us how to spend our own money!!!

If Congress can compel you to buy health insurance because thats good for you and for the countrys economic health, he asked, can it force you to eat broccoli? And if it can, what is the value of having a Constitution that was written to limit the governments powers?Scalia must have missed Ginsberg's email that Constitution was old and outdated and that the POTUS and Congress have already trashed it.

Can the government force you to eat broccoli?
Not now, however after the election, an Obama government might have more... ahem..."flexibility" over what (and how much) you eat.
And, when the inevitable super-inflation crushes the Obama/Bernanke economy, we might find ourselves eating whatever morsels we can get our hands on (broccoli included).

If Obamacare survives the Supreme Court, they may not be able to force you to eat brocoli but they can force you to buy it. And, anything else they think is good for you or the country or force you to pay the tax-fine!
The next "phase II" Obamacare legislation is what will give them the power to force you to eat it or anything else they think is good for you or the country or face criminal charges.
Remember and remember well, the Left NEVER stops advancing government power and control.

They can probably make you eat broccoli; they’ve already banned trans-fats in NYc, now they just have to ban everything else except broccoli. Soon Big Macs in NYC will be made from a pattie of broccoli, sandwiched between 2 other patties of broccoli; it will have a special sauce on it, which will be broccoli squeezings.
You’ll have gas that will make you miss the OLD Big Macs...
