OTOH media was making a big deal the TM had no bruises. If Z didn't hit back but only used his has defensively, it would be in Z’s favor not TM’s.
Z’s injuries are documented by police, EMT and visit to DR/hospital the next day (He didn't know his nose was broken until DR examined it)

The angle of the gun and it's proximity to body will be telling when the autopsy report is released. Was told they are waiting on the toxicology report.
