If that were my kid, I'd give the violent black a choice and make damn sure she paid $10,000 and settle, or I'd prosecute her to the fullest extent and still sue for damages/injuries. One or the other.
Not me. I’d never let someone use money to get out of this. I’d persecute. She deserves ‘a record’. And she MUST be banned from the team. She’s a wild maniac not fit for sports.
