Next we’ll see 2 new categories on all Gov forms: White Hispanic and Good Hispanic.
Many such forms already allow for "white Hispanic", "black Hispanic", etc, by treating "Hispanic" as an ethnicity, separate from race. So someone of Cuban or Dominican ancestry could be either a black Hispanic or a white Hispanic.
Of course Cubananos or Puerto Ricanos have little in common with Mexicanos, other than different dialects of Spanish.
