The real problem is that they think Zimmerman is a Jew. La Raza hates Jews just like Jeremiah Wright hates Jews.
If Zimmerman's mother is Jewish, then Halakhically he is Jewish (the only possible exception being if he has converted to another religion).
If only his father is Jewish, then he's not (unless he's converted Halakhically to Judaism).
