It has been since February 26th since this incident took place. Any real new evidence coming out now is about a 1 and billion chance that will change anything substantial. The police cleared Zimmerman. The DA cleared Zimmerman. Beck or any other OBot wishing guilt is not going to happen. If a grand jury somehow indites Zimmerman on the known evidence, which does not support an indictment, Zimmerman will easily win in court. No DA wants to be the big loser in court as what will happen if this goes to trial.
That being said, the OBots and useful idiots like Beck wants to stir the race relation pot for no good. Beck that village idiot, wants his "Revolutionary Holocaust" to come to reality.
