It was a great show. I need to win the lottery so I can follow them around the country. There was a moment that brought a broad smile to my grouchy face. They did "Sweet Emmotion" and she sang the line "You can't catch me 'cause the rabbit done died." It was priceless. She invited three young girls to join her on stage for "American Honey." That was one of those Awwwwww, that's so cute moments. Needless to say, the event was sold out.
We were sitting almost under the speakers hanging from the ceiling. Loved it!
Touring with them is Darius Rucker. I don't know a lot of the names of people in the music business. This was a country music show, but Rucker seemed to lean to a few Hootie and the Blowfish songs. Well DUH, he used to be the lead singer for them. (As I found out later)
