Of course he can get money. Every president now leaves office and suddenly has a $100 million dollars on hand from "friends and contributors".

But he can no longer bargain our national defense away. He can't dismantle SDI when he's out of office.

Get him out of office and watch him get rich. The rich part is inevitable.
