Seems to me that if there were injuries, there has to be a medical report. The police said evidence was indicative of self defense, which I would assume is partly because of wounds to Zimmerman.
EMTs showed up. Zimmerman declined to go to hospital. Went to see his own doc the next day. Yeah there have to be medical reports
