And Napolitano misquoted Scalia. Scalia did not make the argument that the government could force you to eat broccoli (which is not a logical extension of the ACA). But he did ask the rhetorical question of whether it could force you to buy broccoli (or anything else), which is a logical extension of the ACA's reasoning.
