This is a slam dunk case too, lee will at least have to buy their home and put out mega bucks for the emotional harm he has caused. But there should also be punitive damages too. I doubt the couple will ever return to the home, they will send out movers to get their stuff. I certainly would not spend a night in that now condemned house.
Don’t forget emotional damages.
Heck, I am emotionally damaged, by the idea of a 70+ couple being chased out of their home.
