This concerns me somewhat. I’m quite unsure as to how Kennedy is going to rule on the mandate, and am concerned he may go the wrong way if he doesn’t want to scrap the whole thing.
BTW - I’ve always blamed Bob Stanley.
Kennedy appears to be the one most inclined to scrap it, and that is no surprise, since he is the court’s only libertarian.
