Why is Kagan even allowed to hear this case? How preposterous. We might as well allow 0 himself to make a ruling.

“Justice Elena Kagan, a former solicitor general appointed by President Obama to the high court, sided with Verilli in arguing that young people should be required by the federal government to purchase health insurance because eventually, others will subsidize their health care in the future.... “

We know why Sotomayor and Kagan are there is to give Odumbo 2 votes immediately. Now all he has to do is threaten the rest..

I'm not sure it really matters. They say that *Kennedy* is gonna be the swing vote and my understanding is that in the SCOTUS a tie vote is a vote to uphold so,if I'm correct,a 4-4 vote means OsamaObamaCare stays.

Kagan is a classic Dem slimebag who knows she should have recused herself after having supervised the attorneys working on the defense of the mandate as Solicitor General. The advocacy that dirtbag and Breyer were preaching from the bench was disgusting

She comes off as trying to coach Verrilli through his arguments. It's impossible to ignore her previous involvement in the strategic defense plans for this atrocious bill.

She's a shameless, corrupt hack.
