A general infrastructure collapse in this country will see 50% of Americans dead in 6 months. The first months near central cities will be horrific after food runs out as hungry looters will fan out to the surburbs.
Anyone who lives near the coast in a hurrican area can attest to the fact that grocery store shelves will be empty within a day.
People would start dying in mass within a week.
