And, some perceptive Blacks are very nervous about the potential backlash from hispanics tired of being trashed by black racists. This attack on Zimmerman may cause a certain level of awakening among hispanics who have been lulled into the "My brutha" BS from self defeating blacks.

Many Hispanics have no affinity for blacks at all, despite the false impression portrayed by the media for the 2008 election. They voted for him for the same reasons many whites did (gubmint freebies, etc.), but it certainly isn’t out of brotherhood with blacks. In fact, black Dems are losing their political grip on the party as more Hispanic Dems take their seats from them due to shifting demographics.
