In Poland, where I passed through a couple of years ago, you cannot wear a hoodie without being branded NFG, as I learned, while displaying my own Made in China wardrobe. Only gang members and skins wear them. They are called there ‘dresy’ in plural, as if derived from the English ‘dress’ and I’ve never been able to discover where that name came from.
Poland has got huge problem with soccer hooligans, who wear the hoodies...they probably have more white gangsta rappers there than any other country.
