With a single punch, Trayvon Martin decked the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who eventually shot and killed the unarmed 17-year-old, then Trayvon climbed on top of George Zimmerman and slammed his head into the sidewalk several times, leaving him bloody and battered, authorities have revealed to the Orlando Sentinel.
That is the account Zimmerman gave police, and much of it has been corroborated by witnesses, authorities say.
Zimmerman has not spoken publicly about what happened, but that night, Feb. 26, and in later meetings he described and re-enacted for police what he says happened.
In his version of events, he had turned around and was walking back to his SUV when Trayvon approached him from behind, the two exchanged words then Trayvon punched him in the nose, sending him to the ground, and began beating him.

No, you are correct. It is recommended NOT to use a semi-auto pistol for bear protection because if the bear gets on top of you, you will only have one shot - the bear’s thick fur will clog up the slide and prevent cycling of another round. Revolvers don’t have that problem and if it is a double action one, just keep pulling the trigger!

This is a “Get the black vote out” strategy and telegraphing a threat to anyone in his way, like Sheriff Arpaio. (He Can stir up riots in a heart beat, and he's telegraphing this, just as he did when acorn was busing people to AIG employees homes.)
I think odds are good Zimmerman is charged with federal thought crimes. Jessie and Al need some meat to prove their worth. Holder probably already has the charges typed up.

For one who claims to be thorough, you’re weak. George’s father could have been a military JAG in the service or have retired at 20 years and went to law school or just a skilled senior legal clerk with a Phd, whatever. Moreover, it appears he had personal integrity in his multiple careers, and for you to suggest that he would violate legal ethics is a stretch and probably just a made up lie! It is also highly doubtful that a retired Virginia “magistrate” could pull such a stunt in Florida; that is a felony!

No, it would be called justifiable homicide. Your citing the OJ murder case is a non sequitor because OJ did the ambushing and heinous multiple murders without any justification whatsoever. Do you still claim that you’re not ignorant?
