I previously presumed that when I saw proclamations from "New Black Panther Party leader Mikhail Muhammad", for example, that it meant their leader had a somewhat rapid turnover rate, thus referring to the "New" BPP leader" would always be correct - each new issue to exploit would by necessity be by their newest leader.
Obama marched with the New Black Panthers in 2007 according to what I've read. Mikhail Muhammad, leader of a small militant organization called the New Black Panther Party. He essentially put out a contract for murder! He also calls for 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth'.
