If it had been many of the Freepers being followed, Zimmerman might have eaten a bullet, due to his stupidity.

I actually think more people here, once they'd lost Zimmerman (which was stated on the recorded phone call), would have hightailed it home, not gone back and sought out Zimmerman....especially a 17 year old.

All you want to do is get away and to safety. Once you've lost the guy following you, you don't go find him again!

exactly....zimmerman didn’t listen to the dispatcher...and Martin didn’t listen to his girlfriend.

If either one had listened to common sense it would have been just another uneventful evening.
