A twitter message, allegedly sent by Trayvon's older brother, suggests Trayvon was suspended for assaulting a bus driver.
Trayvon Martin was on a suspension from school when he was tragically shot last February 26th. His school, Dr. Micheal M. Krop Senoir High School, has not given any details. His family has also evaded the issue. According to the Kansas City Star, the length of the suspension was ten days. This suggests a very serious offense.

According to the report, he was 6’ even and 160 lbs, not HUGE, but certainly capable of doing serious damage to Zimmerman. It’s surely ironic that Zimmerman “stood his ground” on “Retreat View Circle”;)
It doesn’t really change the facts of the case. Martin did not go out looking for Zimmerman. Zimmerman went looking for Martin.

He was not tragically shot. Not when you’re on top of an older guy outweighing him and pounding the sh1t out of him.
When Hollywood Stars and NBA players take up a cause, you know that event has reached the height of stupidity, and that the truth of the matter is quite far away.

..Or, more accurately, he laid on his ground while being beaten.
HMMMincase you do not realize it is perfectly legal to walk in your neighborhood watching someone suspicious.He did not confront the kid he did watch him as he thought he was casing the houses since there had been break-ins lately.When he was in his car and Trayvon saw him on the phone he ran between homes and that is when he got out of his car to look to see where he went then he was attacked from behind by Trayvon.
Probably for handing out unlicensed Skittles.
That still goes back to the original altercation and who started what.
Being on top of someone during the course of a fight does not prove innocence, intent, cause or anything. But, merely a position during a fight.
The early report said 5 days for tardiness, that’s all. Now I see it’s the Skittles and iced tea. Series!
I’m a little confused about the “stand your ground” law..what proof is needed to claim it was self-defense?
I mean..say someone gets jumped from behind, & that person happens to be carrying a gun..that person can turn & shoot by claiming it was self-defense?
In this case, if Zimmerman was getting the crap kicked out of him, is that enough reason to shoot Martin? Would it be Zimmermans word alone that he feared for his life & stand your ground applies?
I nominate you to be the guy most likely to catch on last.
