“George Zimmerman, who shot unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin as he was walking home from the store with a bag of Skittles,”
What does the “bag of Skittles” have to do with anything? Now the Tea, if a glass bottle or can might be important to mention as a possible weapon, but a bag of Skittles?
The only reasons to mention it are to paint pictures of a helpless little kid, just coming home from the store with his little candies, I mean just a baby really, being shot to death by a racist stalker, out for blood.
Isn’t that the truth. The pictures of him are only missing a halo and wings. I’m surprised they haven’t been photoshopped in.
There’s another thread going posted by Nachum. If you haven’t been on it you might find it interesting. There’s a whole other side of this kid emerging.

“bag of Skittles” has become a tagline, a code if you will. It now means a volume of stuff, from information to disinformation.
It’s an advertising technique, in this case someone just has to mention or shout “bag of Skittles” and the recipients all respond in a set way.
