Jeb Bush has flat out refused to accept such an appointment.

If it goes to a brokered convention, it will be someone like Ryan, Palin or Newt, who appeals to all sides. That possibility is every bit as realistic as any.

It could also be forced into a broken nomination, where a 3rd Party can emerge and be competitive.

It almost doesn’t matter. Bishop Willard and his minions will sabotage any other nominee’s campaign, just as they did last time, and just as they have in this primary. Willard is poison.
