I read you have to take into account the type of gun it was (polymer framed) and when fired with a limp wrist you get a FTF.
FTF would mean a cartridge was out of the magazine but not fully chambered. That is not the case here. The chambered round was fired, and the second round was still fully in the magazine. I have the identical KelTec pistol. The only way the second round would not be moving forward, is if the magazine was not fully inserted, or if somebody was grasping the slide, preventing it from moving backwards to begin the reloading process. Experts will check the gun 99 ways, and this will be borne out. The only other possible reason is the magazine was not fully inserted, hard to imagine, but possible. But if the mag was all the way in, it had to be a wrestling match for the gun, which matches the 911 recordings.
