If a person is mounted and is getting a beating him he might fear for his life and be justified in shooting. Zimmerman was not obliged to take a beating even if he should not have followed Trayvon.
following someone in a public space is not a crime, right?
Zimmerman is the neighborhood watch captain. He had every right to follow Martin. He was making sure Martin was not up to no good. I would have done the same!
The guy is not an anonymous onlooker. He’s the guy that called 911 during the attack. The police know who he is and interviewed him. He is the reason that Zimmerman was not arrested.
