It would seem to me that constitutes a threat on his life. Threatening to kill someone is a crime. I breathlessly await Holder’s minions swooping in on the New Black Panthers. Oh, wait, silly me, they’re black and thus are immune from prosecution.

Under Florida state law, this may qualify as an unlawful inducement to have someone kidnapped. Under Federal law, this appears to be an inducement to violate the civil rights of someone. I hope there are enough citizens who will start making the calls to law enforcement and grand juries to prosecute the people distributing these flyers.
