I strongly suspect that he will.

I doubt there will be a race war as whites have become physiologically unable to fight against blacks; see, for example, the Wisconsin and Iowa state fairs where many whites fled in abject terror from a few blacks. Whites are no longer those who did issue commands, conquer a continent, and cause the people of the earth to tremble.

Realistically,there probably will be mass riots this summer or mass riots at the Political conventions. There is a remote possibility that the hysteria resulting from this killing can be prolonged lomg enough so as to cause "The Divine One" to declare martial law.
