Come on guys,
Corzine is a made man, a plugged in statist totalitarian democrat. You REALLY expect he`s gonna get the Bernie Madoff treatment !?
6 months country club prison, the ones with no fences at the most but likely no prosecution at all.

Edith O'Brien, an assistant treasurer who was among the employees involved in moving money at MF Global, wrote in the email that the $200 million transfer to an MF Global account at J.P. Morgan Chase JPM +1.14% & Co. in London was “Per JC’s [Jon Corzine’s] direct instructions,” according to the memo.
Thanks for the clarification on the “JC”; I was thinking this was one of those scumbag liberal “What would Jesus do” defenses of the indefensible. I'm sure the Socialist “JC” (John Corzine) will simply state that he was “making a joke to Edith”, which she took seriously. I'm sure the liberal POS had no intention of stealing his ignorant customers’ money in order to cover for his own ineptitude, because we all know how out of character it is for liberals to misuse others’ money.

Nothing's going to happen to Corzine. He's wired. Anything happens to him, and hundreds of other big Democrat donors are going to get nervous about how far
their necks are stuck out. Bye-bye big campaign bucks for the upcoming elections.
Never happen.

What are the odds Corzine gets indicted for perjury for his testimony — if I recall correctly — to Congress that he knew nothing about any transfer of client funds?

This puts Corzine next in line to replace Geithner if Obama gets a second term.

This guy needs to go to prison and have all of his assets seized and sold with the proceeds going back to those who lost money.
Corzine was nothing more than a thief, just like Madow.
