This is the irony of the times we live in.. I hear you about jumping to conclusions.

It deserves a full and open and fair review , imho let a grand jury decide if a person guarding the neighborhood in a quasigovernmental role is then authorized to create a situation when being advised to not pursue a “suspicious” person in his proximity and subsequently executes a plan of action or reaction that leads to the death of the perceived ‘threat’.

Let this grind thru the process. Would that so many would not seek to use it for their own purposes and exploitation.

Now that the race card players have screamed bloody murder, there is no choice but to go the Grand Jury route.

I would be inclined to just accept the initial investigation by police, unless there were a good reason for not doing so, and let Mr. Zimmerman’s wounds heal.

This happened at the end of February, mind you, and the Al Sharpton crowd just now got agitated over it. Why? Well, I submit it is for political reasons.

Norm, 911 dispatchers have no police powers at all. They can’t order citizens to do anything. That is irrelevant to the case legally. The only legal question at issue is who was the aggressor. If Zimmerman was not the physical aggressor he is well within the law shooting Martin while being beaten and screaming for help. Which never came btw. Good neighbors and all.

If he was the physical aggressor then he’ll go to jail but the state has to prove that, they can’t just feel it. Based on the lack of an arrest that evidence will not be forth coming.
