Hispanics are white, racially speaking.
'Fraid not. They may be "white" culturally speaking, but certainly not "racially speaking". The large majority of them are mixed race, either white and Indian, or white and Negro, or all three. There may be a very few "all-white" Cubans, and some may be "all-Indian", but those are VERY statistically small in number.
Only when they are the perpetrator. FBI Crime statistics count Hispanic perps as white, but count Hispanic victims as Hispanic.

Hispanics are whatever they designate themselves to be; our government has extended that courtesy to them. It is hard to call Sammy Sosa “white”, though many such as him designate themselves “Hispanic” as opposed to “black”. This issue was brought up a few years back by black race-pimps in complaining that MLB had a declining number of “black” players; to them Negroid Hispanics weren’t “black”.
