They can and probably should refer the case to a grand jury and it would probably end up in a trial. But they can not sacrifice Zimmerman for political correctness and Black racist threats without the cooperation of a judge and jury.
The limo-liberal elitists don’t have total control over this one beyond contriving lies and smearing in the media. Zimmerman might end up turning the tables on them.

Liberal and Rinos will try to strip stand your ground legal protections from those who use a gun in self protection. They don’t like people being empowered to defend themselves and take out criminals.

Seems like governments can get the results they want if they see fit to exert themselves. After all, they have pretty good control on who gets to say what, what evidence is introduced, etc. Then there is judge and jury selection. All they have do is shop the right district and right judge...
