All are admissible in court but the photos of the hands need to be taken as soon as possible after the event.
Powder residue should be collected at the scene or on impounded clothing ASAP by a forensic technician and a chain of custody set in place to keep them uncontaminated.
Photos of the face should also be taken at the scene.

Do it by the book and it will hold up in court.
