Even the Bush administration wasn’t too keen on the program. They put a lot of obstacles in the way of pilots wanting to qualify, and they made the rules so restrictive as to be stupid and counterproductive. Plus some were downright dangerous and violations of safe firearms handling.
But nothing like The Won. So much for His attempts to assure us that he is not hostile to arms rights. He’s hostile for anyone he doesn’t control directly having arms. Anyone.
