WOW. You’re making some mighty big leaps there. Matrix level building jumping leaps to make your assumptions appear to be valid points.

New phones (since about 6 years ago) have GPS and APRS built into them that the 911 dispatchers can see where a phone is located. If they suspected the kids phone was missing it wouldn’t take much to find it using common technology to trace it’s location. And as you stated, if, by a while assumption, Tryvon did take any pictures, they would be on the memory chip of the phone. Probably not on the cloud. Unless they were backed up to the cloud.

You’re going to throw your back out making leaps like these.

Safe assumption that a practiced thief knew to take the battery out first. That takes care of the GPS problem.

The big issue is WHERE IS THE PHONE?
